We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to add to our team in the Denver, CO area. This position will be part of our growing Healthcare sector and will directly support a marquee client, one of the largest national health care providers in the country.


Working at the direction of the Contract Manager, who will coordinate the Contract Administrator’s work with the Director of Construction Project Management, the Contract Administrator will support the Colorado Region’s contracting activities. Primary duties will include:

  • Contract drafting (i.e. completing contract templates) in compliance with applicable client policies and procedures and following guidance from the Colorado Contract Manager, the Regional project team, Contracts Program Offices, and client Legal.
  • Supporting the Colorado Contract Manager in the development and administration of Requests for Proposals and other procurement-related activities.
  • Preparing and administering routine correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and documentation of contracts performance/compliance metrics.
  • Providing guidance to internal project teams on corporate goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and practices related to contracting activity.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support and monitoring project management processes for Project Managers; assisting in formulating scope of service for consultants and contractors.
  • Assisting Project Managers in contract close-out processes relating to substantial completion, final costs, receiving as-builts, consultant evaluations and other verified reports.
  • Providing administrative support and monitoring project management processes for Project Managers.


  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Finance, English, or other related field.
  • 1-5 years' contract-related experience within construction, i.e. completing contract templates, applying policies and procedures to issuing contracts; construction industry experience.
  • Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) preferred; paralegal certification or experience a plus.
  • Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable contract law, or public contract acquisition law and regulations.
  • Ability to draft simple contractual instruments in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
  • Adaptable to new software (e-Builder, infoZone, OneLink, etc.).
