Overview

Cumming Corporation is the fastest-growing Project and Cost Management consultancy in the United States and we are looking to drive rapid growth in the Chicago market.  You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact from day one and help drive our aggressive growth plans in 2017 and beyond.

In our 20 years of business, we have completed more than 3,500 projects. These projects, which have a combined value exceeding $100 billion, include assignments in more than 25 countries around the world and all 50 states in the USA. Our client base includes some of the most recognizable organizations in the world — from Fortune 100 tech companies and entertainment conglomerates, to large hospital systems, retailers, and world-class hotel brands.

These are exciting times at Cumming Corporation and we're looking for someone that is as motivated as we are to continue our tremendous growth, open up new doors, and ultimately provide outstanding value to our clients.

If you are looking for a business development position that will enable you to make an immediate impact — both on the firm’s success and on your own career — then we encourage you to apply. If you enjoy being part of an entrepreneurial organization that values performance and results over tenure and politics, and that is quick to reward high-achieving team members with raises and promotions, then you will be a great fit here and we look forward to receiving your résumé.

  • You are able to balance self-management with teamwork; you can take direction and work within the company’s established sales approach, but at the same time you are self-motivated and in possession of common sense and good judgement.
  • You value a listening and consultative sales approach based on understanding and problem-solving. Your sales strategies reject the old methods of over-talking, persuading, and convincing.
  • You are process driven and highly organized.
