In this role, you will be a member our rapidly growing Program & Project Management team. The PM team's standard is to 'manage each project like we own it'. We are unique in that we provide in-house cost management and project scheduling along with program and project management, in a fully integrated package. This opportunity will have you working within our Education project sector. The Education team is a prime consultant to the largest school districts in the country and provides services to K-12 as well as higher education institutions nationally. You will be teaming with project, program, and client leadership to provide premier educational facilities for our nation’s youth and adults seeking to better themselves through learning.



  • Prepares public notices, such as Notices of Exemption, Notices of Preparation, Notices of Intent to Adopt, Notices of Availability and Notices of Completion
  • Prepare meeting materials and provide support at public meetings and hearings
  • Coordinate and attend internal meetings and meetings with outside stakeholders
  • Review technical studies and environmental documents prepared by outside consultants
  • Review local development projects that have potential to impact District schools
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of projects, such as issuing work authorizations, reviewing invoices, and tracking budgets/schedules pertaining to CEQA reviews of District projects
  • Perform mitigation monitoring at construction sites


  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Studies or related field is strongly preferred.
  • 3 years' full time, paid, professional experience in the preparation of environmental planning documents and/or management of the environmental review process.
  • Experience must include basic proficiency in the CEQA process and related Federal, State, and Local environmental policies and regulations.
  • Knowledge of CEQA and related Federal, State and Local environmental regulations required.
