    We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager that will be specifically supporting health-care related construction projects in an operational medical facility. The role will support multiple concurrent projects with a focus on smaller project sizes. This position will split time between being on-site at our client's location in Skagit County and our office in Seattle and will provide you with the opportunity to consult to a marquee client, one of the largest health-care providers in the region.


    • Provide technical and administrative support to project manager(s) and to the project team.
    • Coordinate and support the processing and approval of construction change documentation including Change Directives, Change Order, Contractor’s Change Requests, and other documents, as required.
    • Attend project meetings on-site or the Regional office, as required. 
    • Coordinate with the other Department staff, and QA/QC Inspection Team. 
    • Aid with the collection, review, status, and organization of project documentation, data deliverables, and closeout documents.  
    • Assists in review of submittal procedures, RFI’s and monthly invoices.
    • Performs other duties as directed by Senior Managers.


    • Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or construction management. Will also consider non-technical bachelors degree with sufficient project management experience.
    • 4+ years of prior, relevant experience.
    • At least 1+ years experience specifically supporting health-care/medical project types. 
    • AIA, LEED, PMP, CCM or other related accreditations is a plus.
