    In this role, you will be a member our rapidly growing Program & Project Management team. The PM team's standard is to 'manage each project like we own it'. We are unique in that we provide in-house cost management and project scheduling along with program and project management, in a fully integrated package.     We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work within our Themed Entertainment sector. This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes on themed entertainment attraction projects. You will have guidance and tutorship working alongside a seasoned professional in the industry. This is an excellent chance to grow your project management experience within the themed entertainment sector.




    • Provides technical and engineering support to the Project Managers and Construction Managers.
    • Coordinates with Architect for timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
    • Responsible for the maintenance and distribution of current contract plans and specifications.
    • Confirms contractor’s maintenance of record drawings prior to monthly progress payments to the Contractor.
    • Coordinates with surveying, testing and inspection staff.
    • Assists in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Maintain project files.
    • Reviews submittals for conformance to plans and specifications.
    • Assists in coordinating meetings with stakeholders.
    • Assists in review of submittal procedures, RFI’s and monthly invoices.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is highly preferred. A combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or within project management.
    • Experience within the Themed Entertainment sector is highly preferred.
    • Experience with concept/early design phase required.
    • Experience with mechanical oriented projects is a plus.
