    In this role, you will be a member of our diverse Group Services team which houses Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology, and Administration.     We are currently looking to add a Contract Coordinator to our team as we continue to grow. In this role, you will be supporting our Contract Manager. This position is located in our Murrieta, CA office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team! 


    • Strong understanding of contracting process and contract issues, regulations and terms and conditions
    • Ability to analyze and negotiate contract requirements and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and company objectives
    • Timely review of contracts, change orders and modifications
    • Ensure that all contract changes (e.g., extensions) are recorded and communicated with the appropriate staff
    • Occasionally evaluate and support the client bidding process and RFQ proposals from a contractual, compliance, business and financial perspective
    • Assist in the generation of consultant contracts
    • Develop external relationships with client contract management counterparts, client procurement and third party personnel, as may be required
    • Manage multiple tasks, projects, deadlines


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration role in a corporate environment
    • Working knowledge in accounting, business finance law, contracts, organization and management
    • Able to perform tasks independently while understanding the importance of being a team player
    • Excellent written and verbal communication is required and of utmost importance
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze information and concisely summarize, report, and discuss issues with senior management
    • Must possess the ability to develop positive working relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, peers, and senior management
    • Highly motivated and organized; customer focused, and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and priorities
    • Certification preferred: Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM)
