  • Overview

    We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in our Columbia, South Carolina office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable environment where their skills will be utilized. The hours for this role will be 8:30-1:30pm Monday-Friday.


    • Meets and greets clients/Team Members
    • Answer and forward phone calls
    • Maintain all office and kitchen supplies, as well as office appearance and organization
    • Oversees and runs all errands
    • Coordinates set up for new hires
    • Assist in entering information into the CRM and be the "go to" person
    • Schedules meetings, appointments, and conference calls
    • Manages incoming and outgoing mail - Sort and distribute
    • Coordinates with third-party vendors for office supplies, printer/copier maintenance, housekeeping, and general building needs
    • Plans social events and luncheons
    • Type general correspondences, memos, etc
    • Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for all members of the department
    • Provides support remote team members as well as those in the office
    • Provide any other tasks as needed


    • High school diploma required
    • 3-5 years' administrative experience preferred
    • Basic computer and software skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, excels in a team environment, outgoing and friendly
    • Must be professional and use discretion with confidential information
    • Knowledge of Cosential and Deltek highly preferred


    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
    • Excel in communicating, both verbally and electronically, with all levels of Team Members to support the network of the office and enable translation of our culture and mission.
    • Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
    • Outgoing, driven, extremely organized, have a great work ethic and can keep up in a hard-working and fun environment.
    • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
