    We are currently looking for a Construction Contract Administrator to join our growing team on site with one of our high-profile clients in the tech sector. This is a great opportunity to add to your project portfolio. This role will be based in the Menlo Park area.


    • Liaise between Legal, Global Data Center teams and Vendors to resolve agreement terms and ensure agreement accuracy.
    • Responsibility for end-to-end contract workflows, analytics, and audit programs while integrating lean and continuous improvement to all processes.
    • A key component of this role will be to manage internal stakeholder relationships with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal teams and maintain vendor external relationships.
    • Identify opportunities for smarter supplier relationships and more efficient processes. Collaborate with teams across the globe to speed up innovation. Develop tools to track and measure contract turnaround time.


    • BA/BS degree is highly preferred.
    • 10+ years' experience in contract management. 
    • 3+ years' experience in construction related contracts preferred.
    • Understanding of procurement, contract and invoice/ finance activities.
    • Highly self-motivated and customer centric.
    • Desire to meet and exceed agreed service levels.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including great communication.
    • Ability to demonstrate collaborative behaviors.
